Returns and refunds
The Village Florist handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian consumer protection legislation. Every order is different and comes with unique circumstance, this is why we ask you call our Team to rectify any concerns. please contact our florists on 02 9879 4444.
Refunds and credits are only offered within 24 hours of purchase for valid reasons and only to the original purchasers card or nominated bank account. refunds are made at the discression of the Owner of The village florist.

Event cancellation
If your event or wedding is cancelled you will lose the non negotiable 10% deposit made at the time of confirmation and securing of date.
